Sleep Deprivation Hurts Brain Cells

Hello!
An article appeared in the Internet news today and, in case you didn't see it, I offer this link to go and read it.

As you know, sleep is vital to our very existance. Now, new research indicates that sleep deprivation actually contributes to the decline of brain cells being built... wow, hey.

Thanks to Steven Reinberg from HealthDay News for his article, click here to read;

Make adequate sleep a priority in your life! Besides building brain cells, we're just better people when we've had decent sleep. If you're anything like me, life just doesn't flow and certainly lacks enthusiasm when sleep deprived.

Treat yourself well and do all you can to (ideally) get 6 - 8 hours of snooze each night and give your body every opportunity to stay as healthy as possible... sleep is one very important component in the self-care routine. You might even develop more smarts!

Warmly, Carolyn
