How to Have the Best Marraige Ever!

Richard and I have been asked to teach a seminar to a group of real estate agents and mortgage brokers this May, entitled, "How to Have the Best Marraige Ever." Realtors and brokers are often so focussed on building financial success that their personal lives and relationships become stressed.

What a privelege for us to be invited to meet with these business people and offer our wisdom on how to re-build their marraiges! Twenty seven years strong in our own relationship, we have some definite smarts to share.

I asked Richard last night what he thought was "Thee #1 Necessary Ingredient" for a couple to have a healthy marraige is, but before I tell you what his answer was, take a guess as to what he said. (Remember, Richard's a Transpersonal Counsellor and has been helping individuals and relationships for over 30 years... so he's got some insight in this regard.)

Do you think he said? ...

"Couple's need their individual alone time."

"Brutal honesty is key."

"Couples need to have a good fight now and then."

None of the above statements were his answer. Richard's answer first surprised me but then didn't surprise me, after considering our own marraige commitment.

He believes that "Thee #1 Necessary Ingredient" for couples to have a good marraige is...

... that each of the individuals exercise a strong commitment to lifelong personal growth!

You see, without each of the individuals growing, evolving and becoming more actualized in their potential and within themselves, they stagnate as a person which ultimately diminishes the quality and depth of their partnering, as well.

We highly suggest that if you are suffering a poor marraige, step back and first take a serious look at yourself. Ask yourself these questions...
  • Are I living as fully as I can as an individual?
  • Or, have I become a slouch of a person, uninterested in life and being less than the best person I can be?
Two highly actualized individuals have much more to relate about about than two who are stuck and feeling poorly about themselves. Our recommendations for creating a good marraige include...

... instead of making your partner the problem, first consider that you are contributing to the marraige not being as good as it can be

... commit to becoming a more interesting, life-filled individual

... buy yourself a copy of our "Becoming the BEST YOU Possible" eBook and do the prescribed work it offers

... attend a personal growth workshop or two (our eBook makes various recommendations in this regard).

This would be a really good starting place! That's not to say that work IN the marraige doesn't need support, too, I'm simply suggesting that YOU are the starting point.

To get Get your copy of the BEST YOU book right here, right now...

P.S. There are "7 (other) Key Commitments" (the secret ingredients of our marraige success) listed in our eBook... to have the healthiest marraige ever!!! $27 will get you the tools to make yours more successful.

Warmly, Carolyn

Money Management for A Healthy Life

Welcome.

If Richard and I ever decide to publish a revised edition to our "Becoming the BEST YOU Possible" eBook, we will definitely include another chapter. Along with these important topic chapters already covered...
  • PHYSICAL WELLBEING
  • EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
  • MENTAL / ATTITUDINAL WELLBEING
  • SOCIAL / RELATIONSHIP WELLBEING
  • AND SPIRITUAL WELLBEING
... we realize that MONEY MANAGEMENT best also be included in the Work and Life Balance equation!!! If our money condition is a mess, it overflows into the rest of our lives, no matter HOW balanced we might be in all other aspects!

We have just spent a week with one of the planet's smartest money management teachers, Mr. Rick Ruby!

Warm thanks to Rick and Britt Ruby and his company Core Training for including Richard and me in their bi-annual Summit Convention, where we taught an "Eliminating Fear Through Stress Management" seminar for their real estate agents and mortgage brokers coaching members. (Fear is pretty rampant in the USA real estate business these days with the collapse of the morgage industry.)

Core Training is a coaching company that helps accomplished, high earning realtors and mortgage brokers reduce their expenses while boosting their savings, in order to create healthier businesses and healthier lives! Rick and his team of coaches do an awesome job of helping the members and we're honoured to be included in their program. Our involvement with Core is to help the members address the more personal aspect of their lives, in order to create balance in their homes, health and relationships.

This Summit was held in the beautiful Huntington Beach area of California, an hour south of Los Angeles, literally across the street from the sprawling Pacific Ocean beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our involvement with all of the Core staff and members, plus our additional two days to enjoy the area afterwards.

Here are a few photos to enjoy of the lovely Hilton Huntington Beach Resort where the event was held at, and including a few images of Richard and me having fun during the Hawaiian Luau theme dinner...

Richard and I are definitely skilled to help you get your personal lives and relationships in a healthy condition. To get your copy of the Inner Fitness(R) "Becoming the BEST YOU Possible eBook" and companion bonuses (including a blissful Relaxation guided meditation), click here...

Include Wealth Management in Work and Life Balance!

Talk about inspired!

We've just returned from a business trip to Tucson, Arizona where we taught a seminar on "Building Better Relationships" for the Core Training Summit. What an honour it is to be a part of this company's teachings!

Core is a wealth management coaching organization for high achieving real estate agents and mortgage brokers. It is SO exciting to see how these highly successful business people are applying the money management skills being taught to them and having their lives greatly improve as a result. We lend the Work and Life Balance and Personal Development component to their bi-annual conferences.

As I reflect on our Work and Life Balance formula for success, I believe that money education really ought to be as major a focus of learning as physical, emotional, mental, relationship and spiritual care. So many North American households are struggling to make ample money, let alone have a plan of action to KEEP their money for future needs.

Debt has become an epidemic way of life and it is no wonder that money causes the high degree of stress that it does. It need not be that way!

Since money management is not within my area of expertise to teach, I recommend that you look into the great teachings of such wealth mentors as Loral Langemeier.

Here's to cleaning up your money... a very important aspect to being able to live with a sense of ease, peace of mind and balance.

Thank you Core Training, for including us in your powerful program. We have come home feeling influenced by your message to make a few changes ourselves, for our future.

Warmly Carolyn... with Richard, in Tucson!

Our Return From Texas

Hello again!

Richard and I are just back from our great trip to Austin, Texas where we taught a "Balance For Wellbeing" seminar for the realtor and mortgage broker members of Core Training's Summit conference. All went very well and it was a treat to be with them again, a bi-annual event for us over the last two years now.

Thank you to the founders of Core for including us in their awesome program. Their money management emphasis are vital teachings that every person should have learn early in life in order to earn but especially save wisely, able to live prosperously within our means. Though in a very different business than the Core members, Richard and I always come away from these events feeling as though we learned valuable lessons to apply for our own lives, too.

What really inspires me at these events, though, is how motivated and optimistic each person is to grow their business, how they set achievable goals for each six month period of time... and have the drive to make these goals happen. Indeed, they are an inspiring bunch of business owners playing large in life and we admire them for it. Not only motivated, they're just a GREAT bunch of people, too. Our friendships are deepening and we appreciate that we're invited to contribute to their gaining more balance in their personal growth, their families, their relationships and in their self-care.

Happy that we took a few extra days to play after the completion of the conference, we rented a car and travelled around the countryside seeing small towns, massive ranches and enjoyed the warm sunshine and the gorgeous landscape. We were warmed by the Texan hospitality!

Without a doubt, we'd love to return to Texas... and if our lifestyle could manage it, we decided that the outskirts of Austin would be the perfect place to winter each year. Maybe that's a goal we'll work towards!

Anyways, I hope all is going well for you since we've been away and thanks for visiting again. I have lots to write about, so visit again soon.

Warmly, Carolyn
